The bread board end is jointed so that it slightly concave, then glued in the center for 2 1/2 inches. The concave shape allows the ends to snug up tight against the top.
Standard BB design, with 1" tongue on the top and 1" groove in the BB, doweled with elongated holes in the tongue away from the center.
Yes there is movement, make sure your customer knows that before you build. The finish does show a line where it moves, but it is clean. The advantage of WB Poly is that it takes a long time to cure to full hardness, so it does not look like a crack.
