Your chair is a copy of Hans Wegner's Wishbone chair. It may be a good copy (oxymoron) or a bad copy. Either way it is a copy and should not be offered for sale or purchased by anyone that respects design.
The chair is offered by authorized sellers at about $600 US. The $197 chair is a copy.
Please google Hans Wegner and learn about him and the way they made chairs. Appreciation for craft is important to understanding good quality design.

Thanks for your comments. The first wishbone chair was produced in 1950,that means its patent expired.Anyone can make it now. Wishbone chair is famous, beautiful, and it is very difficult to make, this is the woks that I check my skill and my team

It isn't a patent it is a copyright, the UK recently made them active for 70 years after the designers Death (not initial release of chair) not sure how the laws are here in the states
