contact cement to glue to aluminum

I'm stepping back from the cabinet shop a couple hours a day for a bit to restore my personal airstream. Looking to line the aluminum interior with either countertop laminate or wood veneer, or possibly combinations of both. any experience with what contact cement that would be good for aluminum substrate and the 2 products?

I have used solvent based spray contact for aluminum onto birch plywood. I would be looking for high heat resistance contact cement. Clean the aluminum with acetone after scuffing with 120 grit.
I would be wary of using contact with veneer unless you use phenolic backed veneer. Any solvent in the finish you apply to a raw or paper backed veneer will compromise contact adhesive.
Oh and if you are going to use solvent based contact make sure you have a fan extracting the volatile gases from the trailer or it may be your last project!

Would 3M 90 spray adhesive work in this application, or are there other products to look into?

For a spray adhesive, do both sides need application?

My knowledge of contact adhesive is limited - I generally hot press veneer. Using spray bombs of 3M will get expensive considering the surface area of an Airstream. There are alternatives ; spray contact applied with a compressor and dedicated glue gun or cheap spray gun will be good, or you can purchase a "propane canister type adhesive and gun which runs about $300 for about 30 lbs.
In all cases you will have to apply glue to both surfaces and wait at least five minutes for a tack free cure before pressing. Always test your process before jumping in the deep end.
Ask various suppliers about the appropriate adhesive for your application. Industrial suppliers will have reps to advise you. Neoprene adhesive is what I have known to be the best type.
