Shop Organization

Hello everyone. I'm looking for ideas to better organize parts coming off the cnc. We are currently stacking on pallets before taking them to the assembly guys.
Wanting some sort of divided cart that can hold all the parts for 15-20 cabinets ideally.
Wanting a system where you don't have to dig for parts and it all stays neat and orderly.
I'll attach a picture of my idea but would like input from you all.

Here is the YouTube link. This company has a pretty sweet system based on rfid tags on their parts.
We're not to that point yet but the cart concept is more what I'm going after.

Have you considered a conveyor system?

Here's what I came up with .
Won't hold 20 cabs but about 10 per cart .
I have the cut file on vcarve if you want it , three sheets of ply and casters per cart runs about 200.00 per cart

Make sure that your new shop cart has 6 wheels, of which two in the middle are fixed (not 360 degrees free rotating) and lower than those on corners (like in the photo below).
When you have 5 or more sheets worth of parts on the cart with 4 free rotating wheels it becomes very cumbersome to steer/push/pull that cart through the shop: whichever end you're pushing or pulling - the opposite one likes to go in the wrong direction.
