Staple gun for cab door panels

Our door supplier uses some kind of staple gun to staple his panels to the rails and stiles. The staples are generally hidden unless you look at an extreme angle. We occasionally need to remake a door and it would be nice to use a similar method as them so the door match well. I'm wondering if anyone knows what type of machine or staple gun for this. My best guess is something that's designed like a flooring stapler or a very skinny long nose stapler shot at an angle. If it's hard to understand I can snap a picture tomorrow at work.

I assume the panels are not solid wood? If you put a panel in of the correct thickness to match the groove, staples would be unnecessary. A single headless pin from the back into the center of both rails would be enough. For my furniture work, I pin the panel in with a tooth pick

yes they are plywood panels, I'm not sure why they do it but they do. I was just hoping to figure out how its done. Very tiny staples. This is a huge door manufacturing company in California. Everything they use is top notch high tech equipment. Its very possible a machine does the stapling. I realize it's not the most common way to make doors or the way I personally make mine. I do like to staple the bottom of my drawer boxes which can help square up the drawer and keep the panel flat up against the top of the grove. It is a similar concept to that but they hide the staples very well.
