Dovetail fitment

We run an Omec 750 dovetailer and are getting an odd cut that I cannot wrap my head around. On our fronts and backs the machining cuts straight in then seems to wobble to the side before exiting clean. Any insight or expirence with this would be very helpful. The joint still goes together and fits properly but this should not be happening.

I'm going to assume that the hold down clamps aren't slipping.
What about the bearing in the spindle? Is it worn? It would have to be pretty bad to slant that much.
Or maybe the set screws holding the bit in the spindle has become loose.

Update problem corrected. The back of the machine has a dual guide plate the a guide peg rides in. The top and bottom where about 1 mm out of alignment and where guiding the peg differently creating an offset cut. While the joint still assembled fine the over cut left a void compromising the glue bond in the joint. A few hours of tweaking and it's all dialed back in.
