I am pretty new to the coding side of things when it comes to CNC, but I am very mechanically inclined, and have exhausted what I think the mechanical problems could be. So now I am here. The machine is a Biesse Brema 15. I can run 20+ parts without any issue until (on no specific program) the machine will run up to the point it needs to route the long edge, it will engage the proper tool, spin it up, but the part never feeds in for the cut. I get no errors for timing out, it is not showing a pause the program, and the mechanical side of things functions as it should without any issue up to this point. At first I thought maybe the infeed belt was slipping but after watching dozens of parts run, I have ruled that out. Then I turned to the dimensions of the parts in question and compared them to the program, thinking that the feeding of the parts is controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the vertical and horizontal axis, but the parts were well within tolerance. What has really gotten me looking into this is the fact that the machine never errors out, regardless of how long you let it sit in this "faulted" position. At this point I am at a loss, and I cannot get a tech in our facility for another 3-4 weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more info on the machine I can provide that as well, but like I said, I'm not real savvy on the computer side of things.
