I want a clearer edge. What I do wrong?

Here’s my work. I did it on a Wattsan M1 6090. Material: 40mm beech. But for some reason the edges are not as sharp as I wanted them to be. Who knows what could be the reason? Maybe the material is wrong?

Hello,
The machine should do what you want. Is this code from a solid model you created yourself? Try use a smaller finishing cutter with a smaller step over distance. This type of work just takes a long time to run nothing to do about that.
