Has anyone used the small part holding tape?

This is advertised as being great for holding small parts on the CNC. Wondering if anyone has used it and the results. It's quite expensive for what it is but if it really works would be worth it.

Are you using vacuum hold down and this is to be added as added holding power?
What machine?
What material?
Through cut or blind?
Size of router bit?
A lottttt of variables for someone to give you advice that’s worth anything.

We have used 2 sided tape when necessary. We have it in the shop for attaching drawer fronts before screwing them to the drawer front rail. It works very well for small parts that won't hold on a fixtrue because of the size. Too much tape, and ithe part is hard to remove from the spoilboard. That is not the brand we use. The adhesive is very aggressive. Handy for home use too. No, its not cheap. I think ours is Intertape? Wouldn't bet the house on it tho.

That’s a million dollar question!!
My install teams hate any labels that actually hold up to parts moving around the shop.

Back to the original post. Just a general question as to whether this holds up to their claims.

If the adhesive is as aggressive as the one I use, yes it will work with proper cutting techniques. I'd say give it a try.

These tiles are a much better solution for holding small parts on a vacuum table. Vacuum is your friend. Tape can be your friend as well, but I would say only 5% of the time. I would say the video posted takes that person a minimum of 3 minutes to tape up his piece and then remove the tape. Vacuum takes 1 second.

I have actually seen someone using it to fix metal before, and I was quite amazed at the time.
