We need woodworkers! We have high-quality high-end custom work already booked for 2023.
Are you tired of spending your time at messy crowded job sites, fighting for parking, bidding and rebidding jobs, paying for expensive insurance, schlepping your materials & tools from place to place, then waiting weeks and months to get paid? Do you want a change of pace and a steady income?
We have a large, well-equipped facility in the heart of Colorado's mountains (Eagle, Colorado). Our woodworkers enjoy challenging projects and weekends off. We provide generous W2 wages paid every 2 weeks.
Colorado requires us to post the pay range which will totally depend on your experience and knowledge. If you have some experience and know how to use hand tools & want to learn how to run some cool machines, you’ll start around $25/hr. If you have as much experience as we do and you can perform as well as we do, you’ll start around $28-30/hr DOE. If you can prove your experience is more than what we do, we will do what we can to keep you. If you are the real deal and like the mountain lifestyle, this is the place for you.
Compensation and benefits:
• Paid time off accrual, can earn up to 80hrs first year.
• Paid sick leave accrual, can use up to 48hrs/year.
• Overtime at time & a half for hours worked more than 40 hours/wk.
• Tax-free individual coverage health premium reimbursement plan provides a monthly stipend to help pay your cost of individual coverage health insurance, 90 day wait period before eligible for benefit.
• Starting pay range is $25/hr to $30/hr depending on depth of your experience. Overtime is time & a half.
• We have on-site employee rental housing available: 1 apartment w/ 2 bedrooms (ideally, this will be rented to 1 employee per bedroom), shared kitchen and living room. Starting rent per employee is $16/day (averages $480 per month per employee).
