Job Description:
Manage shop personnel and maintain a team environment
Assign duties to shop personnel
Ensure production meets schedule
Facilitates productive efficiencies
Ensures high quality of work standards and detail are consistently achieved
Maintains a safe and clean workplace
Advise on constructability and best practices with fabrication and engineering team
Responsible for training staff
Apply construction means and methods.
Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years managing a shop focusing on safety, quality, and production time.
Understanding of build methods within commercial casework & millwork.
Track record of meeting or exceeding production efficiencies and schedules.
Construction knowledge is a plus.
Experience in understanding and implementation of AWI and FSC best practices.
Job Salary:
$60 to $90K (pending experience)
