Well-established premium grade architectural millwork company is seeking an experienced Project Field Coordinator to join our team. This position assists project managers with layout and coordination of field work required to release work into manufacturing. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with commercial architectural millwork layout and be willing to travel to job sites through-out the greater New York City Metropolitan area and New Jersey. This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package along with a company vehicle.


- Identifies trade requirements, coordinates with the General Contractor on schedules, job requirements, and
job site issues.
- Works with sub-installers to collect field measurements/layouts, and coordination of scheduling material
deliveries based on site readiness.
- Identifies and resolves shop-drawing issues or special requirement issues, documents site
conditions/readiness, and conveys work requests to replace missing or damaged items.
- Performs job quality control, including inspecting, monitoring and reporting site environment to ensure
products are maintained during projects.
- Conducts meetings with contractors, architects and identifies requirements that sub vendors should meet for
each project.
- Supervises subcontractors, including approving work tickets, mitigating discrepancies and ensuring subs
meet all project requirements.
- Interacts effectively with internal and external customers at all levels

Minimum Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of the commercial architectural millwork business.
- Proficient at reading contract drawings and interpreting contract specifications as they relate to architectural
cabinetry and millwork.
- Layout of millwork with the understanding of alignments, bench marks and datum lines.
- Strong organizational skills a must.
- 3+ year’s experience in a similar role and environment.
- Comprehensive computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Bluebeam and Production Software).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinker.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
