Description:
We are seeking a Production Foreman/ Supervisor to be part of this growing high end Residential company. The successful candidates will have experience in management for a Custom Cabinetry/ Custom Millwork/ or Casegoods Company. The position requires knowledge of wood product manufacturing experience and specialized industry standards.
Eligibility Requirements:
• The candidate must possess strong leadership and management skills necessary to profitably complete phases within a given budget, within a given schedule while meeting their quality standards.
• They must work with other team members to ensure the operation continues to meet the growing scheduling requirements.
• 5+ years related experience working in high end residential wood, millwork or furniture manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing / mechanical processes and equipment.
• Ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge of fabrication, finishing and installation of architectural woodwork, casework and millwork.
• History of successfully managed, profitable and timely delivered projects.
• Skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• Ability to "roll up their sleeves" to develop, document, and implement processes and procedures for Wood Manufacturing processes.
