●Able to plan and manage all facets of millwork production establishing priorities for manufacturing while maintaining a safe working environment and working with customers to ensure complete satisfaction of product. Developed and implemented actions to increase equipment uptime and product flow.

●Proficient in use and maintenance of Weinig P1200, Weinig UL30 and other moulders. Set ups, knife grinding, template making. Operated RF, optimizing chop saw, finger joiners, gang, rip saw, Jenkins double end tenoner, shapers, wide belt sander, etc.
● Implemented 5S , SMED.
