This passionate team is dedicated to changing the Canadian Retail landscape with concepts that embrace multi-material environments, including wood, metal, acrylic, glass, integrating technology and best practice manufacturing.

We are partnering with our client in search of a Millwork Installer who will embrace a methodical, creative, and organized approach to ensuring the communication, installation, and translation of the organization’s projects.


The Millwork Installer position is a hands-on role that balances leadership, fabrication, and installation with an emphasis on detail, quality and creativity in exceeding customer requirements.


The Millwork Installer will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage the installation process meeting contractual specifications and client requirements.
• Communicate with all stakeholders including project management, contractors, clients and onsite installation staff.
• Schedule installation and service effectively and efficiently meeting customer and project due dates
• Complete the installation and service repairs with the utmost quality and attention to detail.
• Completing all required documentation including performing pre-delivery inspections and post installation sign-offs.
• Proactively communicating job site conditions and issues that may affect completion of the job.
• Demonstrate hands-on service in managing all installation and service projects.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace and ensuring safe operation of tools
and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.


• Experience with custom millwork or metal installations in manufacturing
environments. Custom manufacturing in millwork, retail, store fixtures, and/or
office furniture sector experiences are a strong asset.
• Experience with detail-oriented trades such as finish carpentry and millwork is
considered an asset.
• A hands-on professional with a strong mechanical aptitude including extensive
knowledge of installation and repairs to retail environments.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Driven with an unprecedented level of initiative and customer focus.
• Exhibits a highly effective communication style with a positive attitude.
• Highly organized, great attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine, caring, and a team player interested in success for all stakeholders.
• Agile, flexible, and manages change through the lens of opportunity.
• Must be willing to work on projects that are outside core business hours that
include days, evenings, weekends, and nights as may be required.
