Millwork Shop Foreman Production Management and Oversight
Our custom commercial millwork shop has an opening for an experienced shop Foreman. Oversee production of architectural casework from design to installation. Ensure quality standards are met in all phases of fabrication. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial/architectural wood working.
Responsibilities: Managing the daily operations of millwork production. Manage multiple people in various departments. Work with Project Managers to adjust manpower to meet deadlines. Oversee projects from inception to completion Work and Produce within the confines of deadlines and dates.
Requirements:
Active Drivers License Ability to read and interpret drawings and prints Strong knowledge of millwork construction methods Knowledge of various wood working machinery. Minimum of a working knowledge of Microsoft Software ( Word, Excel) Good Communication abilities
