Location: Upper Midwest
Salary: Base plus commission 100-150K+ (Potential of earning 200K+), excellent benefit package and relocation assistance if needed.

Objective:
We are seeking a Sales/New Business Development for a manufacturer with core competencies in wood and metal. For several years they have been well positioned in the retail and millwork arena. They are recruiting for a talented sales executive with strong sales and marketing skills that has knowledge and relationships in one or more of our target markets.
• Target markets include
o Retail
o Restaurants
o Hospitality
o Healthcare
o Technology
o Entertainment venues
o Senior Living

Responsibilities include:
• Onboarding of clients in our target markets
o Development of teams to appropriately support client needs
• Develop strategy around development of client relationships
o Develop marketing strategy
o Develop new business development strategy
• Oversee the following pertaining to new client opportunities
o Pricing
o Coordination of scheduling
o Communication of information
o Quality
• Communication of customer expectations
• Organization of RFP & bid packages
• Research of new customers and communication of overview to executive team
• Research and analyzation of new market opportunities
• Forecasting sales and margins for new clients
• Presenting capabilities to new prospects

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of industry & industry trends
• Strong reputation and relationships in target markets
• Strong ability to sell and develop new business
