If you are a dependable, trustworthy, and cheerful individual who has a strong background in fine-woodworking, with at least 5 years of experience, then we want to hear from you. Preferred qualifications include experience managing a team of five or more, installation experience, and a valid active driver's license.
As the Production Manager, your role will involve managing production schedules for ongoing projects, assigning materials and crew members to reduce cost and boost productivity, and ensuring projects are completed on time and under budget. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed in this role.
