Project Manager
Architectural Millwork

NEWLY CREATED POSITION!!


Growing Architectural Millwork contractor seeking an additional PM to join the current team.
Position will act as the principal coordinator for their respective millwork projects. PM will supervise and direct all facets of the project including coordinating with General Contractors and Architects to clarify the scope of work; establishing deadlines and workflow schedule; overseeing production of millwork through the facility from conception to completion as well as directing the course of shipment and delivery. Additional responsibilities and managerial tasks are as follows:

• Read and Interpret Architectural Contract Drawings, Hardware requirements, Spec Sheets and Specifications to ensure Scope of work is complete.
• Communicate with Architect as required with GC approval.
• Communicate with GC and Attend Job Coordination Meetings as required
• Field Measurements when job site ready using tape measure and laser equipment.
• Coordinate Shop and Field Templates as needed
• Order and follow up on Special Order Items
• Coordinate Custom Finishing with Shop
• Coordinate Deliveries, Installation with GC and Production Coordinator
• Releasing approved shop drawings to shop and field.
• Ensuring Schedules are met, and Punch Lists are completed.
• Review all returned shop drawings SK’s, ASI, ASK from GC for cost implication and complete COR’s as required.
• Review Billing as needed.
• Quality Control of Shop Production and Field Installation


Qualifications Required:
• Experience with Architectural Millwork and Woodworking
• Word, Excel, Outlook
• Auto CAD a plus
• PM Construction Experience
• Communication Skills

General Requirements:
• Organizational skills and priority management
• Familiarization of Production and Manufacturing methods
• Strong Work Ethic
• Read and Interpret Architectural Contract Drawings, Hardware requirements, Spec Sheets and Specifications

Position requires lifting up to 50 pounds. Kneeling, bending or transferring weight from floor to table may be necessary.

Offering wages at or above industry standard
