Job Description:
Manager our installation and service team on installation, repair, and adjustment activities; including management of materials, warranty issues, scheduling, determining work assignments and daily planning, issues resolution to exceed expectations.
Eligibility Requirements:
5 years’ experience in construction, carpentry, and residential in-home experience.
3-5 years management experience in crew supervision, production, scheduling, customer service.
Plan reading
Thorough understanding of materials and cabinet manufacturing methods
Ability to read cabinet drawings and specifications.
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.
Preferred: English/Spanish bilingual.
Able to work cooperatively in teams and resolve basic conflicts with little or no assistance.
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including inclement and extreme temperatures.
Able to work on and around heavy equipment.
Able to follow written and oral directions.
Must have dependable transportation and telephone.
Job Salary:
$60K + bonus on finished projects
