Description
We are currently seeking a seasoned lead finisher or finish department manager to head up our residential cabinetry department. Heavy focus on custom finish development and sample creation.
You will be required to lead and train a team of finishers and prep employees. Your responsibilities will include sample and process creation, color matching, material and equipment acquisition, and scheduling. This position reports directly to our production manager.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience
