Established commercial millwork shop located in Ellington, CT is hiring a lead or assistant finisher

We have a full finishing room with Kremlin spray pumps and guns, Cefla automatic spraying line , and a new 3 headed SCM sander

Knowledge of spraying pre-Catalyzed and post catalyzed finishes
Experience mixing paints and/or stains to match color samples- spray and wiping stains
Recording and filing of project samples
Sanding and preparing surfaces for finish
Touch up

maintenance on equipment to ensure it meets standards for safety and performance
