Forte Interiors Design Build is a mid-sized company located in the Palm Beach area that specializes in the manufacturing and design of high end custom made furniture and cabinetry for residential projects. Our company is looking to add a lead finisher to our team. You must have experience working independently and have the craftsmanship and artistic ability to finishing and coat at a high level. Must be able to supervise and instruct Level 1 and Level 2 Prep/Spray employees on techniques and quality; will have a high ability to make independent decisions. Specialists will be able to calibrate spray equipment, troubleshoot operational problems, and create fixtures and job-aids to enhance productivity.
