Description
5 years experience working in a commercial environment, to AWI standards, as a working Shop Foreman.
Must be a well organized person and understand how to schedule multiple work cells.
Ability to motivate, train, and discipline employees in a professional manner.
Knowledge of all wood working machinery as well as CNC equipment.
This position requires you to be working out on the floor with all employees hand to hand.
