Description
Parkerville Wood Products is a unique, specialty lumber yard and custom woodworking manufacturer. We are full-scale producer of both high end residential and commercial architectural millwork and other custom woodworking, in addition to operating a retail store that stocks and sells over 60 different species of hard and softwood lumber, live edge slabs, dozens of varieties of cabinet grade plywood and much more.
We are currently looking to hire a lead finisher. Experience in the wood finishing industry and having a background using multiple finishing systems and techniques is required.
Qualified candidates must be experienced with:
-Sanding and prepping millwork
-Mixing stains and matching colors
-Touch ups and repairs
-Application of all finishes including paints
-The use and maintenance of various types of spray equipment
-Safe practices
Individual is expected to work as part of team, helping to coordinate the flow and efficiency of the finishing department.
