Description
Construction and Millwork Estimator with working knowledge of bid packages and the take-off process. Responsible for obtaining pricing and information related to materials, changes in scope, RFI’s, Change Orders and Addendums. Review architectural drawings to identify scope, create estimates and draft proposals. Embrace technology to maintain a fast-paced flow of both typical and custom project scopes, including uploading and maintaining project files. Must possess a strong working knowledge of Adobe PDF’s and Microsoft Office including Teams, Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills, detail oriented multi-tasker, very good communication skills, ability to present information to clients and colleagues both verbally, virtually and in writing. AutoCAD software knowledge is a plus.
