Description
Well established commercial cabinetry / architectural millwork company looking to add a senior level project manager/operations manager to join our expanding team. Were seeking an outgoing, energetic individual with a strong work ethic, who is a team player with an enthusiastic attitude, and has a good attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and tracking multiple concurrent millwork projects in the range of $100,000 to over $4,000,000.
MUST HAVES:
Commercial millwork manufacturing experience
Experience working with general contractors and coordinating sub-contractors
Experience developing and maintaining project schedules
Good problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage expectations with contractors and clients
Experience with MS Office (specifically Excel and Word) and other typical computer skills
Clean background check and driving record
PLUSES:
Millwork fabrication and installation experience
Granite / Quartz work experience
Knowledge of the AWI Quality Standards Illustrated and Architectural Woodwork Standards
Experience performing field measurements
Experience reviewing shop drawings for accuracy to plans and specifications, and adherence to design criteria
Cost estimating experience
