Description
We are always seeking skilled and experienced Custom Woodworkers to join our team. We have an opening now for a shop-based position producing high-end cabinetry and millwork. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 or more years of relevant experience in custom woodworking.
Qualifications: strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and materials; problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find creative solutions; experience safely operating a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools; shows attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work; has ability to work independently and as part of a team; has excellent time management and organizational skills; is able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Flexible schedule 40hrs/wk; Collaborative and supportive work environment; Wage based on actual skill & experience, range between $25 (inexperienced) - $35/hr (very experienced). We provide a health premium reimbursement plan, Colorado Roth IRA plan; paid time off plan; paid sick leave benefits.
