Cartridge glue system, 3/16" (5 mm) edge thickness cap. & includes 3 mm PVC, 2" max. banding height, 60 mm min. panel width & 180 mm min. length.
Semi-automatic feed magazine, coil stock feeds automatically with guillotine cutoff, all strip stock is fed manually with pusher bar to advance the edging; 3-roll pressure section.
Workstations: Double motor end trim (1 HP - 10,500 RPM motor ea.). ~~ Top & bottom trim (1 HP - 28,000 RPM ea. motor). ~~ Feed speed 36 FPM.
