Job Description:
Work with Operations team to implement procedures for the Installation Services department
Measure service and performance levels
Provide leadership and serve as a change agent within the Installation Services and Logistics departments
Coordinate with Mfg Operations and Logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered and installed on time
Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and Installation/Logistics teams to ensure all projects are covered
Manage installation services forecast for manpower requirements, hire subcontractors as needed
Manage installation and logistics budgets
Eligibility Requirements:
Experience in commercial construction and/or project management
Preferred 4-year degree in a construction, project management, engineering, or related field
Experience with managing multiple projects/installations at once
Must be able to read construction plans, and understand general construction related documents
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Salary:
$60K to $70K + (pending experience)
