The Rehnen SK-2 edge sander is unique in that the entire platen assembly and sandpaper oscillates the full height of the 8" tall belt as opposed to a fixed platen and small oscillation of the paper. This feature keeps the platen cool and greatly increases the wear and consistency of the sandpaper. Through the table dust collection and a fixed table height make for convenient and clean operation.
