Poseidon started out as a lazer etching. But could not find an anyone to etch the veneer on the curved door, so I had the image etched flat on the raw veneer. Well that did'nt work because after vacuming it to the curved door blank I now had to sand it. Well the etching just sanded away, so I went over the image outline with a fine pyrotograghy pen ( wood burner) and filled in the details with colored oil pencles. The finish was all Spar varnish, rubbed.
Pretty cool! bet you made it for a greek person ha.(i'm greek)i'll take 20 one for each of my first cousins please.(joke) still cool, i'm gonna pass this one down the olive vine.
