Its not often somebody posts something this unique! I love it! How do you distress the wood in the first picture? I was looking for some barn boards recently, but this is a whole new concept. I have a friend building a castle in georgia (literally- a castle.... turrets, surrounding gate, drawbridge, etc!).. i might have to show him some of this!

You are not going to believe it but this whole job was completed with a chisel, hand sow, jigsaw and table saw we use for trimming and building cabinet boxes.
My partner and I design and build hunting houses, bars and restaurants in Russia and Ukraine.
I am also lucking for customers in the US. We have run a millwork installation company in Florida for ten years.
