Router Jig for Radius Sanding Blocks
Listing #132 Listed on: 12/15/2014
|
Nothing fancy here - just a Git R Done setup to make some radius sanding blocks for shaping fretboards and dressing frets on a guitar.
I apply self-stick sandpaper (from Stewart McDonald) to the the face - the blocks make life so much easier when working on radius fretboards and dressing radius frets.
The rig is not intended for any sort of production - my main reason for building it was to make sanding blocks for the much more severe radius configurations I work with on the guitars I build.

It isn't often that I see something on here that makes me take note but your router jig is so applicable in so many ways. Thank you for sharing
