The best advice is to use a distributor in your country that is bringing in the European CNC you want. There are several reasons for this.
1. Service. Who will provide technical and parts for your machine if you buy directly from the factory? You will need to communicate directly with them and bring parts in directly from them if you bypass a distributor. Before we began bringing in machinery lines, I would get requests to work on Chinese machines regularly. My answer was no. If a machine builder is irresponsible enough to sell their product into a country without a distributor to provide service that machine builder is only in it to make a quick buck and I'm not interested in helping them. If the buying company is looking to cut corners, bypass a distributor, just to save a few bucks then they have failed to understand that companies that import the machines have priced the machines to also provide support.
2. Are you evaluating the machine you are looking to import? The machinery lines Nutek Machinery imports have been evaluated by technicians to ensure they are properly built and production efficient. If you are looking to bring in a machine, direct make certain you understand what you are bringing in. Also make certain you have properly vetted the reputation of the machine builder.
3. Importing a machine will involve you obtaining a bond, working with a cargo broker, and paying the taxes and tariffs (tariffs are based on the 10-digit harmonized code for the machine in question) for the machine you bring in. Make certain you understand the cost of all of this.
