Cabinet hinge suggestion7/24
I need a hinge for a three-quarter inch door that is beveled for an inch to the edge of the cabinet door, perhaps to 1/8 inch depth. Also, the side of the doors are beveled towards the back. Originally external hinges were used, but the owner wants to convert to a hidden hinge. Any recommendations?
There could be several solutions.
First, is this a face frame or frameless cabinet?
Second, how much does the door overlay the side (or frame)?
Do you want soft close hinges?
Do you know the angle of the bevel? (in most cases, back beveled doors have an angle of 7 degrees to 10 degrees.
can you post a picture or a drawing or a link to a drawing ?
