All persons or businesses removing heavy objects must provide a certificate of insurance prior to the commencement of any removal activities. Please contact auctioneer’s office for list of additional insured. If you are sending a third party to pick up your purchases, please complete and return the Agent Release Form prior to their arrival.

DISCONNECTS: Electrical disconnections must be made by a licensed electrician and must be made at the machine side of the nearest disconnect unless specifically noted otherwise in the catalog. Malone Properties electrician is available at $65.00 per hour, one hour minimum. Dust collection disconnections must be made at the machine side of the nearest blast gate or as indicated on the pipe.
