Job Description:
Coordinate and schedule daily production requirements while maintaining consistently high-quality product standard in a multiple spray booth operation.
Take a lead/supervisory role and/or assist in prepping, priming, painting and/or staining a wide range of projects and a growing department.
Organize and oversee necessary manpower and procedures to achieve daily and long-term production goals.
Assure ample inventory of paints, stains, and finish room supplies to ensure projects are completed on time.
Lead effort to developing and implementing procedures to increase workflow.
Create standard samples and procedures for checking color on each job – develop and maintain library of finish samples and maintain project timelines.
Ensure production quality by constantly checking finishing output.
Assist estimators in developing finishing techniques for consistency and efficiency.
Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules on finishing equipment.
Repair and Rebuild Finishing equipment (Air Assisted Airless Pumps)
Maintain OSHA and DEQ records and ensure that proper safety procedures are followed by all personnel and maintain MSDS sheets and protocols for finish department.
Complete Finishing, when necessary, of difficult finishes and timeline requires
Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum of five years’ experience in wood finish processes.
Understanding of proper sanding and finishing techniques
Production-orientation in approach, while maintaining high levels of quality.
Must be highly dependable and interested in a long-term career with our company
Basic working knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheets
Must maintain a high degree of personal and environmental safety.

Job Salary:
$30/HR or higher (pending experience and knowledge)
$45/HR for overtime hours
48 hours/wk normal week
