Architectural millwork company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in project management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Create a detail schedule (from project award to completion) which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Determine the resources required to complete the project.
Ensure that all project personnel receives an appropriate orientation and all information required.
Create Change orders for additional work performed within project.
Review the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Ensure all approved change orders is billed.
Evaluate the outcomes of the project.
The candidate must ensure that customer expectations are met, project deliverable are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
