Job Description:
Responsibilities cover management of the estimating staff, engineering department, and all project managers, including general management. Including oversight of the bidding activity, participation with estimators and sales staff on bid follow-up, scheduling of work forwarded to manufacturing, and oversight of all project work. Also responsible for project profitability and overall division profitability. Will also represent the company in professional/industry/community organizations and participate in senior management planning/strategy meetings.
Eligibility Requirements:
Experience of the different areas of commercial millwork industry with a keen focus on technology / engineering.
Knowledge of AutoCad/Solidworks or related software a bonus
Must have excellent organization and communication skills.
Job Salary:
$150K to $175K (pending experience)
