FCC Cabinets: Manufacturing Machine Operator (CNC, Edge Bander, Saw)

FCC Cabinets, a leading manufacturer of medical, educational, and commercial casework, is searching for a skilled Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction by operating a variety of machinery in our state-of-the-art 70,000 sq ft facility.
Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC machines, Edge Banders, and Saws to precisely cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot assigned machinery.
• Ensure adherence to strict quality control standards through meticulous inspections.
• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve production goals efficiently and safely.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
Qualifications:
• Experience operating at least one of the following machines preferred: CNC machines, Edge Banders, or Saws (experience operating all three a plus). Operator training available for motivated candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow blueprints, work orders, and verbal/written instructions.
• Proficiency in basic math for precise calculations.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment. Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of woodworking machinery and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Availability for 8 to 10-hour shifts, including some Saturdays.
