Lead Installer
Responsibilities
Installing high quality, detailed architectural millwork for luxury retail and residential projects.
Travel to job sites installing our custom millwork throughout the USA.
Follow safety standards and procedures.
Requirements
Passionate about wood and complex millwork installation
Proven experience in a high-level technical environment
Proficient in all aspects of millwork installation
Knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, methods and ability to interpret blueprints.
A keen sense of space and dimensions in order to ensure accurate measurements and alignment during the installation process
Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Great attention to detail and commitment to Swiss quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player and ability to work independently
