SPECIALIZED, a commercial construction, painting, and historical restoration General Contractor, is seeking a MILLWORK MANAGER to join our team!
If you are an experienced MILLWORK MANAGER with Millwork and/or Historical restoration/preservation experience we want to talk with you!
The Millwork Manager provides leadership to Millwork Team members in all aspects of operational processes and is critical in ensuring the skills and competencies of the Millwork Team. The Millwork Manager leads and reinforces a high performing safety culture.
The Millwork Manager is responsible for estimating, receiving, and executing work orders in a manner that maximizes both profitability and customer satisfaction for Specialized Services Group.
The position requires an organized individual who is a forward planner, resourceful, innovative, demonstrates integrity, thrives in a demanding environment, and works with minimal supervision; ensuring work performed is high quality, accurate and cost effective. With the ability to oversee a variety of projects and to shift with changing priorities.
Range of Compensation: 70k to 85k (To commensurate with experience)
