Job Description:
Looking for a candidate that is results driven with responsibility in a lead management role driving customer and vendor relations. Manage direction and oversight of the field team. The Operations Manager responsibilities include the following skill sets.
Manage jobsite productivity:
General Contractor expectations and performance
Monitor Installation durations
Extra work (EWO’s)
Punchlist procedure
Quality Control/Safety:
Walk jobsites on an as needed basis to ensure safety/quality/productivity.
Maintain relationships between clients and field operations.
Manage and coordinate all service call requests.
Stay in daily communication/coordination with project management team, ensuring the field has all the information needed to succeed in productive installations, and the PM’s receive all field information to manage the customers’ expectations.
Eligibility Requirements:
Five years’ experience in Commercial and Hospitality millwork products.
Exceptional understanding of all aspects of woodworking materials, machinery, cutting, milling, finishing
and assembly.
Experience in lean manufacturing, process control, inventory control, and scheduling.
Job Salary:
$125K to $135K+ (salary commensurate)
