Job Description:
Become part of our Leadership Team comprised of the President, CFO, all Regional Directors, Director of Sales, and Director of Estimating. This team will meet regularly for optimal connectivity.
Regional Directors must be trustworthy, results-driven individuals. They will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing profits by managing their respective regional project managers and operation teams. This position will monitor the different departmental and company goals, and work to improve training and development within the departments. Regional Directors will also examine vendor relations with a focus on vendors that allow for a quick reaction with minimum delays in responding to a “local” project and prioritize those who offer reasonable credit terms. Regional Directors will provide input on everything from bid stage requirements to improved pre- and in-project performance ratings. They will monitor each vendor’s adherence to the specific terms agreed to by the vendor. Creating reliable vendor resources to allow for more competitive pricing and installation targeting fabrication lead times will be the goal. Regional Directors will strategize with all department managers to reinforce market expansion and revenue growth, brand presence, ensure superior customer service and our overall ranking with each customer. Eligibility Requirements:
Five years’ experience in Commercial and Hospitality millwork products.
Exceptional understanding of all aspects of woodworking materials, machinery, cutting, milling, finishing
and assembly.
Experience in lean manufacturing, process control, inventory control, and scheduling.
Job Salary:
$125K to $135K+ (salary commensurate)
