We are on the hunt for a full-time, in-person and in-house CNC Programmer/Operator who will be an exceptional addition to our team! We are in the high-end custom millwork industry and are looking for someone who has a background in custom cabinetry, one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, with a high degree of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be someone who; has a good attitude, is a team player, can manage their time wisely, and works well in a fast-paced environment. As the CNC Programmer/Operator you will work through the CNC Programming queue readying Microvellum programs and run these programs as our CNC Operator as well. As Programmer and Operator, you will work alongside our Design team and Production staff to provide accurate Microvellum programs to assist in accelerating our fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will have and extensive background in Microvellum training and work experience under their belt. We will set you up for success and give you the tools you need to accomplish your day-to-day tasks as all required materials you may need are supplied by our company. We currently operate a state of the art: Homag Centateq N-500 510 V12 CNC Router. Familiarity with this machine is a plus, but not a job requirement for consideration.

Rate of pay will be commensurate with work experience.
Job Requirements:
- Microvellum experience a must.
- Ability to program simple to complex parts in Microvellum from 2D CADD files.
- Effectively develop, write, build and maintain CNC programs in our library database.
- Ability to update CNC programs as required.
- Ability to read, write, and edit programs per company procedures.
- Ability to successfully collaborate with a network of support (manufacturing and design team) to facilitate completion of assignments.
- Initiate and perform technical activities associated with assignments leading to improvements of existing processes or technologies which have significant impact on manufacturing results.
- Familiar with set-up, operation and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of a variety of CNC machining operations.
- Demonstrate an ability to translate all drawing requirements as required for the development of CNC programs.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision or with supervision as necessary.
- Demonstrate ability to complete tasks and assignments within allotted times.
- Ability to carry out assignments that are broad in nature and require appreciable originality and ingenuity.
