Job Description:
Account Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all job activities to include estimating, producing and delivering products while meeting quality grades on schedule. This position reports directly to the company President.
Eligibility Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods and employee coordination.
Work independently and meet deadlines without supervision. Strong organizational skill and ability to prioritize workloads.
Knowledge of design techniques, manufacturing methods, principles and understanding of blueprints, technical drawings and models.
Job Salary:
$70K base with 2% commission on new sales
