Description
3 years experience working in a commercial environment, to AWI standards, as a lead finisher.
Must be a well organized person and understand how to schedule multiple jobs at once.
Ability to motivate, train, and discipline employees in a professional manner.
Knowledge of all wood finishing and spray equipment.
To include: Stains, Paints, Glazes and ability to match a paint color or stain.
