Project Manager:
We look to achieve our goal of total client satisfaction by applying your professional talents in the role of team leader as we execute millwork fit ups for a variety of markets. Key to this role is coordinating deliverables to our contractors as well as contributing to our goal of generating gross margin that assures financial stability of our company.
Primary job responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of project from time of award through completion.
Lead the analysis of project scope, goals and deliverables.
Conduct field measurements, manage approval of shop drawings, materials and install requirements.
Ensure field dimensions are communicated back to Engineer and put into job file.
Define project tasks and resource requirements.
Provide leadership, direction and support to Masiero project team.
In coordination with Masiero team, assign, schedule, and coordinate install and service work.
Manage project to completion within specifications and cost estimates.
Identify when change orders are needed, review with Scott, and issue to GC.
Ensure change order specifications are complete, approved by client and managed through production/ install.
Submit documentation, drawings and samples to client as required by contract.
Troubleshoot installation issues and correct in the field.
On occasion, determine build solutions and best material applications as needed on projects in house.
Keep Masiero team appraised of project progress so it can be tracked in Master schedule.
Prepare field service report to engage shop work for corrections, rebuilds, adjustments.
Spot check quality of millwork fabrication and discuss any deficiencies in order to rectify.
Communication / Contract Administration:
Prompt follow up on emails, phone calls and other client requests to exceed customer expectations.
Create proper expectations with internal teammates regarding scope, quality, cost and schedule.
Work with Front Office Team to provide coordination and completion of change orders, RFI, and project notices.
Provide front end advisement in shop drawing stage to ensure best approach on design.
Client relationships:
Develop relationships with end user and GC firms to secure new business.
