Description
The Custom Cabinetry Builder is responsible for crafting bespoke, high-end cabinetry and woodworking projects. This role requires exceptional skill and precision to deliver products that match intricate designs and client specifications, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.

Salary: $20-30/hr depending on experience
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience building custom cabinetry

Key Responsibilities:
* Construct and assemble custom cabinetry from start to finish, ensuring all pieces align with design plans and quality standards.
* Use a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery proficiently to achieve desired results.
* Oversee projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and quality control.
* Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
* Read and interpret complex architectural drawings and plans.
* Apply intricate designs and customer requirements accurately to produce high-quality products.
* Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure the durability and finish of the cabinetry meet high-end expectations.
* Address any defects or issues promptly to maintain high standards.

Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of three to seven (5-7) years of experience in high-end cabinetry or custom woodworking.
* A portfolio demonstrating expertise and complexity of projects handled.
* Proficiency in using a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.
* Ability to read and interpret complex designs and follow written and/or verbal instructions.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Safety and Cleanliness:
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and cleaning protocols.
* Report any safety hazards to the workshop manager immediately.

Learning and Development:
* Train and mentor apprentices, providing guidance on woodworking techniques, tool usage, and project execution.
* Receive feedback and constructive criticism from others, understanding it is aimed at continuous improvement and professional growth.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and techniques, continually refining skills and craft skills.
* Participate in training sessions and demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
